3. Clean start of the computer

  1. Press Windows + R and type msconfig. Now press the Enter key or OK.
  2. On the Services tab, select Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all.
  3. On the Run tab, click Open Task Manager.
  4. Select each start object > touch Disconnect.

9. Uninstall recently installed applications

Some applications and programs can cause conflicts with the Sims 4 and even block the boot process. Uninstall the latest programs installed on your computer and restart the game.
